RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor or, in his absence, the Deputy Supervisor, to execute an agreement with the Consultant in a maximum estimated project cost of $750, for consulting biologist services at a not to exceed amount of $750.00.
  2. The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Town of Red Hook ("Town") to enter into an agreement with Hickory Creek Consulting LLC ("Consultant") for consulting biologist services in connection with the LWRP update at a not to exceed amount of $750.00
  • WHEREAS, such agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions applicable under the New York State Department of State Grant Agreement T10000964 for the LWRP Update
