RESOLVED

  1. The Animal Control Services Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and Dutchess County SPCA is hereby approved.
  2. The Dog Control Housing Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and Dutchess County SPCA is hereby approved.
  3. The Supervisor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute such Agreements in substantially the forms on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the Supervisor.
