RESOLVED

  1. The Supervisor or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is authorized to sign the Agreement with Archtop, in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as may be approved by the officer executing the same not materially affecting the substance thereof.

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook ("Town") is considering entering into an agreement (the "Agreement") with Archtop Fiber LLC ("Archtop"), a New York Limited Liability Corporation, to micro-trench in the Town right of way to install fiberoptic cables; and
  • WHEREAS, the proposed Agreement is on file with the Town Clerk; and
