RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York (by the favorable vote of not less than a majority of all of the members of the Board) hereby determines that the proposed action constitutes an unlisted action under SEQR which will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts and that a Draft Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared.

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook is considering an acquisition of real property for the following parcels for the public purposes of enhancement of recreational programs, expansion of community facilities, and preserving historic resources: Tax Parcel 134803-6175-18-385028 (104-108 Broadway, Tivoli, NY), Tax Parcel 134803-6175-18-383052 (Broadway, Tivoli, NY), and Tax Parcel 134803-6175-18-404054 (93 Broadway, Tivoli, NY). Reputed owner: Church of St. Sylvia, which parcels have been offered for sale to the public pursuant to authorization of the Archdiocese of New York
