RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby determines that the proposed action is an unlisted action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act
  2. The Town Board hereby declares itself Lead Agency for the review of this action and hereby instructs the Town Clerk to circulate notice of its intent to all involved and interested agencies identified in the EAF, together with a copy of the EAF
