RESOLVED

  1. The Dutchess County Community Development Consortium Fiscal Year 2025 grant application in the amount of up to $200,000 to improve accessibility by installing a walkway from Rt. 9 easterly along St. Margaret's to the terminus of Hannaford Drive, including the certifications included therein, is hereby approved.
  2. The submission of said application to the Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development is hereby authorized.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
