RESOLVED
- Subject to the further conditions of this resolution, the Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the Confirmation of Acceptance in substantially the form attached to the Agreement, with such changes as may be approved by such officer upon review by the Attorney for the Town and as shall not affect the substance thereof.
- The officers of the Town, the Supervisor, Town Engineers, the Attorney for the Town and the Superintendent of Highways may take all steps reasonable and necessary in consultation with the Attorney for the Town to implement the intent of this resolution.

- WHEREAS, the TOWN OF RED HOOK, entered into an Easement Relocation Agreement with ROGER H. HOFFMAN, and STEVE HOFFMAN PROPERTIES LLC, and RED HOOK ACRES, LLC, dated December 5, 2018, and recorded in the Dutchess County Clerk's Office on December 18, 2018 as Document No: 02-2018-9588 (the "Agreement") to amend, restate, and relocate a 20 foot wide stormwater easement over property owned by Roger Hoffman and identified as Tax Parcel 134889-6272-00-204261 (19 Old Farm Road)
- WHEREAS, the Agreement provided that upon completion of the work described therein and satisfactory inspection by the Town Engineer, the Town shall execute a Confirmation of Acceptance in substantially the form attached thereto
