RESOLVED

  1. The Town hereby authorizes the purchase from Westchester Tractor, Inc., pursuant to the terms and conditions of Sourcewell contract 050119-B, of a Model 19XPC chipper, at a purchase price of $77,674.00 as set forth in the proposal on file with the Town Clerk
  2. The Town hereby authorizes the purchase from Summit Handling Systems, pursuant to the terms and conditions of Sourcewell contract 091520-DIV, of a Bobcat model G25E-7 Forklift, at a purchase price of $28,765.84 as set forth in the proposal on file with the Town Clerk
  3. Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence Deputy Supervisor William Hamel, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract on the terms and conditions set forth therein. Such contract shall be approved by the officer executing such contract consistent with the terms of this resolution.
