RESOLVED

  1. The Town hereby authorizes the purchase from Westchester Tractor, Inc., pursuant to the terms and conditions of Sourcewell contract 050119-B, of a Model 19XPC chipper, at a purchase price of $77,674.00 as set forth in the proposal on file with the Town Clerk
  2. The Town hereby authorizes the purchase from Summit Handling Systems, pursuant to the terms and conditions of Sourcewell contract 091520-DIV, of a Bobcat model G25E-7 Forklift, at a purchase price of $28,765.84 as set forth in the proposal on file with the Town Clerk
  3. Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence Deputy Supervisor William Hamel, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract on the terms and conditions set forth therein. Such contract shall be approved by the officer executing such contract consistent with the terms of this resolution. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, the Highway Superintendent has reviewed the Sourcewell bid packages and determined that the procedures are in accordance with the requirements of Section 103, Subdivision 16, and the Town's purchasing policy and that such purchase on the terms and conditions set forth in such bid is in the best interests of the Town
