RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor or, in his absence, the Deputy Supervisor, to execute and submit the Grant Application, for a maximum estimated cost of up to $50,000, with a $12,500 match to be provided for a total project cost of $62,500 through DEC.
  2. The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Town of Red Hook ("Town") to submit the grant application for the acquisition of trees for the new Recreation Park West ("Grant Application")
  • WHEREAS, the maximum amount of the Grant Application to be applied for by the Town is up to $50,000, with a $12,500 match proposed to be funded for a total project cost of $62,500 through DEC
