RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes the award of the contract to Laberge Group for the lump sum price of $39,390 as set forth in the specifications and proposal on file with the Town Clerk
  2. Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Agreement for Professional Services with Laberge Group in substantially the form on file with the Purchasing Agent with such changes as shall not materially affect the substance thereof and which shall be consistent with the terms of this resolution
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook and the Village of Red Hook were awarded a 2017 Dutchess County Municipal Innovation Grant to ascertain the feasibility of sharing operations/locations to create a shared judicial court (the "Project")
  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook in cooperation with the Village of Red Hook and the Town and Village of Rhinebeck, with the assistance of Dutchess County, issued a Request for Proposal for a Town and Village Judicial Court Shared Services Study, with the study for the Town and Village of Red Hook being identified as Feasibility Study 1 in the RFP
  • WHEREAS, the Town of Rhinebeck has coordinated a review of the proposals received in response to the RFP including representatives of the Town and Village of Rhinebeck and Town and Village of Red Hook, and has recommended that Laberge Group be engaged to complete the Project
