RESOLVED

  1. The Supervisor of the Town of Red Hook is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement between and among the Town of Red Hook, Town of Milan, Town of Clinton, and the Town of Rhinebeck, in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor in consultation with the Attorney for the Town and which do not affect the substance thereof
  2. The Supervisor of the Town of Red Hook, the Town Clerk, and its officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town of Red Hook, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Intermunicipal Agreement
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, the Highway Superintendent has requested that the Town enter into an Intermunicipal Agreement with the Town of Milan, Town of Clinton, and the Town of Rhinebeck, in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, providing for shared acquisition and use of a flail mower head attachment to the shared mini-excavator, with the Town of Red Hook acting as lead for purchasing
  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook has determined that such Intermunicipal Agreement is in the best interests of the Town
  • WHEREAS, the proposed action constitutes a Type II action which will not have an adverse effect on the environment
