RESOLVED

  1. The Town of Red Hook hereby awards the EVSE Contract to Plugin Stations Online, LLC, for the lump sum price of $22,195.00 for the work as set forth in the bid specifications. In addition, the proposal to provide NYSERDA required software for a period of four years and to provide a 5-year warranty maintenance plan at a total cost of $8,130.00 is hereby approved
  2. Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Contract for Public Work with Plugin Stations Online, LLC in substantially the form on file with the Purchasing Agent with such changes as shall not materially affect the substance thereof and which shall be consistent with the terms of this resolution
  3. The Supervisor is authorized and directed to submit an application for NYSERDA Charge Ready NY Program incentives and execute such documents and agreements as may be required by NYSERDA in connection therewith
  4. This resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook has prepared a Request for Proposals to solicit qualified contractors for said project (the "EVSE Project")
  • WHEREAS, after review of the responses, the Purchasing Agent has recommended that Plugin Stations Online, LLC be engaged to complete the EVSE Project
