RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby rejects all bids received for the bid opening September 25
  2. The Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the solicitation of bids for the Project substantially in accordance with specifications prepared by the Project Engineer, with bids to be received on October 23, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. or at such later time and date as determined by the Supervisor upon consultation with the Project Engineer, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening

  • WHEREAS, specifications for the Project were prepared by T&B Engineering, P.C., a professional corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York
  • WHEREAS, sealed bids for the Project were publicly opened and read on September 25, 2019
