RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor or, in his absence, the Deputy Supervisor, to execute the NYSDOT Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and NYSDOT, in substantially the same form on file with the Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not affect the substance thereof.
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately
