RESOLVED
- Regular meetings of the Board will take place throughout the year 2024 on the following days in each month, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall: Second Tuesday and Fourth Wednesday.
- The Official Newspaper of the Town for 2024 shall be the Poughkeepsie Journal.
- The following financial institutions shall be Official Depositaries of the Town for all Town monies for 2024: M&T Bank and The Bank of Greene County. In addition, the Town is a member of NYCLASS pursuant to the NYCLASS Municipal Cooperation Agreement Amended and Restated as of March 14, 2014.
- The Town Clerk/Receiver is authorized to maintain a petty cash fund not to exceed $500.00.
- The Board establishes salaries for elected officials for 2024: Supervisor $60,220; Town Board Members (each) $9,702; Town Clerk $62,379; Town Justices (each) $19,952; Highway Superintendent $73,259.
- The mileage reimbursement rate is established at $0.67 per mile for 2024, subject to adjustment to remain consistent with IRS rates.
- The Board authorizes execution of a blanket bond in lieu of individual undertaking pursuant to Section 11(2) of the Public Officers Law for all officers and employees who collect money.
- The following are authorized to sign bank checks for all Town business: Supervisor Robert McKeon; in his absence Deputy Supervisor William Hamel; and in the absence of both, any Board Member Christine Kane, Julia Solomon, or Jacob Testa.
- The Supervisor is authorized and directed to submit to the Town Clerk within 60 days after the close of the fiscal year a copy of the Supervisor's report to the State Comptroller, and the Town Clerk shall cause a summary to be published within 10 days in the official newspaper.
- The Procurement Policy as recommended by the Purchasing Officer in the form last revised 5/12/2020 is approved.
- The Investment Policy in the form last revised 3/12/2019 is approved.
- The Code of Ethics of the Town of Red Hook as set forth in Article III of the Town Code is acknowledged.
- The Fund Balance Policy in the form last revised 3/27/2019 is approved.
