RESOLVED
- Regular meetings of the Board will take place throughout the year 2023 on the following days in each month, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall: Second Tuesday and Fourth Wednesday
- The Official Newspaper of the Town for 2023 shall be the Poughkeepsie Journal
- The following financial institutions shall be Official Depositaries of the Town for all Town monies for 2023: M&T Bank, The Bank of Greene County, Key Bank National Association, and NYCLASS
- The following offices are authorized to maintain a petty cash fund in the following amounts: Town Clerk/Receiver $500.00
- The Town Board establishes the following salaries for elected officials for 2023: Supervisor $58,466; Town Board Members (each) $9,419; Town Clerk $60,562; Town Justices (each) $19,371; Highway Superintendent $71,126
- The mileage reimbursement rate is established at $0.655 per mile for Town officials and employees incurring official mileage
- The Town Board authorizes the execution of a blanket bond in lieu of individual undertaking pursuant to Section 11(2) of the Public Officers Law
- The following are authorized to sign bank checks for all Town business: Supervisor Robert McKeon; in his absence Deputy Supervisor William Hamel; in the absence of both, any of the Board Members Christine Kane, Julia Solomon or Jacob Testa
- The Supervisor shall submit to the Town Clerk within 60 days after the close of the fiscal year a copy of the Supervisor's report to the State Comptroller, and the Town Clerk shall cause a summary to be published within 10 days in the official newspaper
- The Procurement Policy as recommended by the Purchasing Officer in the form last revised 5/12/2020 is approved
- The Investment Policy in the form last revised 3/12/2019 is approved
- The Code of Ethics of the Town of Red Hook is set forth in Article III of the Town Code
- The Fund Balance Policy in the form last revised 3/27/2019 is approved
