RESOLVED
- Regular meetings of the Board will take place throughout the year 2022 on the second Tuesday and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall.
- The Poughkeepsie Journal is designated as the Official Newspaper of the Town for 2022.
- M&T Bank, The Bank of Greene County, and Key Bank National Association are designated as Official Depositaries of the Town for all Town monies for 2022, and the Town is a member of NYCLASS.
- The Town Clerk/Receiver is authorized to maintain a petty cash fund not to exceed $500.
- The following salaries are established for elected officials for 2022: Supervisor $32,575; Town Board Members (each) $9,145; Town Clerk $58,798; Town Justices (each) $18,806; Highway Superintendent $69,054.
- The mileage reimbursement rate is established at $0.585 per mile for Town officials and employees incurring official mileage.
- The execution of a blanket bond is authorized in lieu of individual undertaking pursuant to Section 11(2) of the Public Officers Law.
- Supervisor Robert McKeon is authorized to sign bank checks for all Town business; Deputy Supervisor William Hamel is authorized in his absence; and Board Members Christine Kane, Julia Solomon, or Jacob Testa are authorized in the absence of the Supervisor and Deputy Supervisor.
- The Supervisor is directed to submit to the Town Clerk within 60 days after the close of the fiscal year a copy of the Supervisor's report to the State Comptroller.
- The Procurement Policy as last revised 5/12/2020 is approved.
- The Investment Policy as last revised 3/12/2019 is approved.
- The Code of Ethics set forth in Article III of the Town Code is in effect.
- The Fund Balance Policy as last revised 3/27/2019 is approved.
