RESOLVED
- Regular meetings of the Board will take place throughout the year 2021 on the following days in each month, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall: Second Tuesday and Fourth Wednesday.
- The Official Newspaper of the Town for 2021 shall be the Poughkeepsie Journal.
- The following financial institutions shall be Official Depositaries of the Town for all Town monies for 2021: M&T Bank, The Bank of Greene County, Key Bank National Association. In addition, the Town is a member of NYCLASS pursuant to the NYCLASS Municipal Cooperation Agreement Amended and Restated as of March 14, 2014.
- Pursuant to Section 64 of the Town Law, the Town Clerk/Receiver is authorized to maintain a petty cash fund in the amount of $500.00.
- The following salaries are established for elected officials for 2021: Supervisor $31,310; Town Board Members (each) $8,790; Town Clerk $56,515; Town Justices (each) $18,076; Highway Superintendent $66,373.
- The mileage reimbursement rate of $0.56 per mile is established for Town officials and employees incurring official mileage when obligated to drive their own vehicles on Town business or when a Town vehicle is not available.
- The execution of a blanket bond in lieu of individual undertaking pursuant to Section 11(2) of the Public Officers Law is authorized, covering all officers and employees who collect money.
- The following are authorized to sign bank checks for all Town business: (i) Supervisor Robert McKeon; (ii) in his absence Deputy Supervisor Bill O'Neill; and (iii) in the absence of the Supervisor and the Deputy Supervisor, any of the Board Members William Hamel, Christine Kane or Jacob Testa.
- The Supervisor is directed to submit to the Town Clerk within 60 days after the close of the fiscal year a copy of the Supervisor's report to the State Comptroller; and the Town Clerk shall cause a summary of such report to be published within 10 days of filing in the official newspaper of the Town.
- The Procurement Policy as recommended by the Purchasing Officer in the form last revised 5/12/2020 is approved.
- The Investment Policy in the form last revised 3/12/2019 is approved.
- The Code of Ethics of the Town of Red Hook is set forth in Article III of the Town Code.
- The Fund Balance Policy in the form last revised 3/27/2019 is approved.
