RESOLVED

  1. Regular meetings of the Board will take place throughout the year 2021 on the following days in each month, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall: Second Tuesday and Fourth Wednesday
  2. The Official Newspaper of the Town for 2020 shall be the Poughkeepsie Journal
  3. The following financial institutions shall be Official Depositaries of the Town for all Town monies for 2021: M&T Bank, The Bank of Greene County, Key Bank National Association, and the Town is a member of NYCLASS
  4. Town Clerk/Receiver is authorized to maintain a petty cash fund in the amount of $500.00
  5. The Town Board establishes the following salaries for elected officials for 2021: Supervisor $31,310; Town Board Members (each) $8,790; Town Clerk $56,515; Town Justices (each) $18,076; Highway Superintendent $66,373
  6. The mileage reimbursement rate is established at $0.56 per mile for Town officials and employees
  7. The Town Board authorizes the execution of a blanket bond in lieu of individual undertaking for all officers and employees who collect money
  8. The following are authorized to sign bank checks for all Town business: Supervisor Robert McKeon; Deputy Supervisor Bill O'Neill in his absence; and any of the Board Members William Hamel, Christine Kane or Jacob Testa in the absence of both the Supervisor and Deputy Supervisor
  9. The Supervisor is authorized and directed to submit to the Town Clerk within 60 days after the close of the fiscal year a copy of the Supervisor's report to the State Comptroller
  10. The Procurement Policy as recommended by the Purchasing Officer in the form last revised 5/12/2020 is hereby approved
  11. The Investment Policy in the form last revised 3/12/2019 is hereby approved
  12. The Code of Ethics of the Town of Red Hook is set forth in Article III of the Town Code
  13. The Fund Balance Policy in the form last revised 3/27/2019 is hereby approved
