The Mayor is authorized to execute a water supply agreement with 65 Willow Brook Lane in the Town of Red Hook.[18]

14 Blue Echo Road Water Connection Authorization
The property at 14 Blue Echo Road, located outside Village bounds, is authorized to connect to the Village's water system pending execution of a service contract and payment of a tapping fee. The Mayor is authorized to sign the water service contract, which includes removal of the word 'average' from consumption limits and language establishing that Village Code controls in case of conflict.[14][16]
32 Hewlett Road Water Service Agreement
The Mayor is authorized to sign a Water Service Agreement with 32 Hewlett Road in the Town of Red Hook to provide Village water service to that town property.[17]

DCWWA Consecutive Water System Agreement — Traditions at Red Hook
The Village and DCWWA operate the Traditions at Red Hook water system as a consecutive system with the Village Water System. The Village is responsible for water quality sampling, reporting, and producing the Annual Water Quality Report; DCWWA is responsible for repairs, a certified Operator-In-Responsible-Charge, cross-connection control, public notifications, system flushing, leak detection, meter reading, accounts payable, and customer service.[6][8][9][13]

Bell Jar LLC (Mighty Donuts) Water Service Agreement
The Village approved a water service connection for Mighty Donuts (Bell Jar LLC) at 7268 South Broadway, served from the Old Farm Road water main. The Mayor is authorized to sign the water service agreement with Bell Jar LLC.[7][10]
Water Interconnect IMA Extension/1st Amendment — Town & Village of Red Hook
The Mayor is authorized to sign the Extension/1st Amendment to the Water Interconnect Inter-Municipal Agreement between the Town and Village of Red Hook, originally dated November 1, 1991.[11][12]

RT 9 to Old Farm Road Water Main Extension — TGS Associates & Red Hook Land Corp
The Mayor is authorized to execute easements and water supply contracts with T.G.S. Associates Inc. and Red Hook Land Corp. for a water loop and main extension on Route 9 to Old Farm Road. The two contracting parties supply easements and bear all labor and material costs for construction; the Village applies for the NYS DOT permit for the directional drill crossing below Route 9.[5]

Hoffman Farms Water Rate Multiplier
The Village sells water to the DCWWA for the Hoffman Farms project at a rate of 1.525 times the then-current Village water rate. This rate rises as the base Village rate increases over time, with the DCWWA serving as the Village's water customer for the project.[3][4]
Hoffman Farms Agreement Conditions
The Hoffman Farms water supply agreement is subject to: (1) creation by the Dutchess County Legislature of a Zone of Assessment encompassing the project; (2) construction at the developer's expense of required water infrastructure with an offer of cession to convey infrastructure and easements to the Village for $1.00; (3) establishment of an escrow account by the developer to cover legal and engineering expenses; and (4) review and approval by the Village Engineer and Village Attorney.[3][4]

The Village consents to the provision of sewer service by the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority to individual consumers within a specified area of the Town, contingent upon Village Attorney approval.[1]

Withdrawn. A resolution to authorize the Mayor to sign a water service contract with 35 Blue Echo Road in the Town of Red Hook was withdrawn and did not take effect.[15]

DCWWA Consecutive Water System Agreement — Initial Term (2021)
Superseded by subsequent renewals. The initial agreement term ran from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021; this resolution was tabled and the agreement was later renewed and accepted through subsequent resolutions.[6]

Letter of Intent — TND Hoffman Farms Water Supply
Superseded by the formal water supply agreement authorized in 2016 and 2018. The Village issued a letter of intent to supply water to the TND Hoffman Farms project, contingent on formal district creation, capacity availability, pricing agreements, and payment of engineering and legal costs in escrow.[2]
