EV Charger User Fee Rate
Users of the Village's public electric vehicle charger are charged 12 cents per kilowatt-hour, effective February 15, 2026. The Village Clerk is directed to post signage on the EV charger announcing the fee.[11]
EV Charger Usage Data Review
The Board is required to review EV charger use data 6 months after the fee took effect on February 15, 2026.[11]

The Mayor is authorized to sign the ChargePoint Web Connection 2-year Renewal Contract using NYS OGS State Contract Pricing via piggybacking, expiring September 26, 2026.[10]

EV Charging Station Installation Classification
Installation of an electric vehicle charging station is classified as "minor work" requiring the same permitting process as determined by the code enforcement officer, rather than a full building permit. Notwithstanding this classification, all installations must still comply with all applicable requirements of the Village Zoning Law.[2]
