RESOLVED

  1. the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook hereby classifies the installation of an electric vehicle charging station as "minor work" requiring the same permitting process as required by the code enforcement officer
  2. notwithstanding classification as "minor work", the installation of an electric vehicle charging station must still comply with all applicable requirements of the Zoning Law
