Sewer O&M Fee Rate
The O&M sewer user fee is $162 per Benefit Unit (BU) per quarter, effective with the March 2026 billing. One (1) BU equals 150 gallons per day of water consumption (or portion thereof), with BUs adjusted to reflect the most recent four billing periods of water use per property.[8]
Sewer Capital Fee — EDU Basis
The capital portion of the sewer charge is assessed on a capital-only EDU basis as set forth in Exhibit A (Updated Sewer Fee Schedule), billed in accordance with the Village's regular billing cycle effective March 2026.[8]
