Sewer O&M Fee Rate
The O&M sewer user fee is $162 per Benefit Unit (BU) per quarter, effective with the March 2026 billing. One (1) BU equals 150 gallons per day of water consumption (or portion thereof), with BUs adjusted to reflect the most recent four billing periods of water use per property.[8]
Sewer Capital Fee — EDU Basis
The capital portion of the sewer charge is assessed on a capital-only EDU basis as set forth in Exhibit A (Updated Sewer Fee Schedule), billed in accordance with the Village's regular billing cycle effective March 2026.[8]
Separation of Capital-Only EDUs from O&M Benefit Units
The updated sewer fee schedule (Exhibit A) formally separates capital-only EDU assessments from O&M-only Benefit Unit assessments, incorporating corrected water-consumption data and system infrastructure information including STEP tank sizing.[8]

Town of Red Hook SEQR Lead Agency Consent — Village Board
The Mayor is authorized to consent that the Town of Red Hook be designated as lead agency for the Town of Red Hook Town Sewer District formation with discharge to the Village of Red Hook wastewater treatment plant.[4]
Town of Red Hook SEQR Lead Agency Consent — Planning Board
The Village of Red Hook Planning Board consents that the Town of Red Hook Board of Trustees serve as lead agency for SEQR review of the Town sewer project, and requests continued notification of all SEQR determinations, proceedings, and hearings.[5]
Intermunicipal Sewer Service Agreement — Authorization
The Mayor is authorized to sign the Intermunicipal Agreement for Sewer Service with the Town of Red Hook, including a modification to item 8e removing text up to the ability to disperse funds between municipalities.[6]

The Mayor is authorized to sign an Amendment to the Intermunicipal Sewer Agreement with the Town of Red Hook.[7]
