- the capital and O&M fees for Knollwood Commons reflect the costs for their system as constructed as follows: Capital Cost: Total anticipated construction cost $7.24MM. The portion related to the force main system and the WWTP totals $5.0MM or 69%; O&M Cost: Estimate in 2021 for total annual O&M costs is $91.5k. The portion related to the force main system and the WWTP totals $69.6k or 76%
- Knollwood Commons will be charged going forward the following fees per EDU: Capital Cost: 69% of charge per EDU. Currently $716/yr x 69% = $494.04/yr or $123.51/qtr; O&M Cost: 76% of charge per EDU. Currently $311/yr x 76% = $236.36/yr or $59.09/qtr
