North Broadway Corridor Land Use Study — Historic Resources Table
Table 10 in Section D (Historic Resources) of the North Broadway Corridor Land Use & Zoning Study shall be replaced with the revised table proposed by Trustee Uku, including authorship, source citation, notation of use of A.I. and A.I. platform used. The removed text is placed in an appendix to the Land Use Study.[10]
North Broadway Corridor Land Use and Zoning Study — Comprehensive Plan Amendment
The North Broadway Corridor Land Use and Zoning Study is adopted as an amendment to the Village Comprehensive Plan, as determined by the Board on March 23, 2026. The Village Clerk is directed to append a copy of the amendment to the Village Comprehensive Plan and make all required notations acknowledging the new amendment.[11]
North Broadway Corridor Study — SEQRA Determination
The North Broadway Corridor Land Use and Zoning Study is classified as a Type I SEQRA action with the Village Board as the only involved agency. The Board adopted a negative declaration on March 23, 2026, determining that the amendment will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts and that a Draft Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared.[11]

Greenway Compact Adoption
Greenway Connections as Land Use Guidelines
A local law adopts Greenway Connections as a Village land use, development, and design guideline. The Village Clerk is directed to enter the local law in the Village Code and file notice with the Secretary of State and the Environmental Notice Bulletin.[6]

Site Plan Review Decision Timeline
Under Village Zoning Code Section 200-16B(2)(b), the Planning Board may hold a public hearing on a site plan application within 62 days after deeming the application complete. A decision must be made within 62 days of the close of the public hearing, or within 62 days of the application being deemed complete if no public hearing is held; this timeline may be extended by mutual consent of the applicant and the Board.[4]
Site Plan Application Completeness Standard
A site plan application shall not be deemed complete until the lead agency has adopted a negative declaration of no significant adverse environmental impact, or until a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) has been accepted by the lead agency as satisfactory with respect to scope, content, and adequacy.[4]
