North Broadway Corridor Land Use Study — Historic Resources Table
Table 10 in Section D (Historic Resources) of the North Broadway Corridor Land Use & Zoning Study shall reflect the revised table proposed by Trustee Uku, including authorship, source citation, notation of A.I. usage and A.I. platform used. Previously included text from the original table is moved to an appendix of the Land Use Study.[6]
North Broadway Corridor Land Use Study — Adoption as Comprehensive Plan Amendment
The North Broadway Corridor Land Use and Zoning Study was adopted on March 23, 2026 as an amendment to the Village Comprehensive Plan, following a Type I SEQRA review with a negative declaration of environmental significance. The Village Clerk is directed to append the Study to the Village Comprehensive Plan and make all required notations acknowledging the amendment.[6][7]
North Broadway Corridor Study — SEQRA Determination
The Board determined that the North Broadway Corridor Land Use and Zoning Study constitutes a Type I SEQRA action with the Village Board as the only involved agency. A negative declaration was adopted, finding that the amendment will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts and that a Draft Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared.[7]

Greenway Compact Participation
The Village of Red Hook has adopted a local law confirming its commitment as a participating community in the Hudson Valley Greenway Compact.[1][5]
Greenway Connections as Land Use Guidelines
Greenway Connections is adopted as a Village land use, development, and design guideline pursuant to a local law enacted in 2016.[5]

Site Plan Review and Decision Timeline
Village Zoning Code Section 200-16B(2)(b) requires the Planning Board to render a decision on a site plan application within 62 days of the close of the public hearing, or within 62 days after the application is deemed complete if no public hearing is held. The timeline may be extended by mutual consent of the applicant and the Board. An application is not deemed complete until a negative declaration has been adopted or a Draft Environmental Impact Statement has been accepted as satisfactory by the lead agency.[4]
