North Broadway Corridor Land Use & Zoning Study — Historic Resources Table
Table 10 in Section D (Historic Resources) of the North Broadway Corridor Land Use & Zoning Study shall be replaced with the revised table proposed by Trustee Uku, including authorship, source citation, notation of use of A.I. and A.I. platform used, with the removed text placed in an appendix to the Land Use Study.[11]
North Broadway Corridor Land Use & Zoning Study — Comprehensive Plan Amendment
The North Broadway Corridor Land Use and Zoning Study has been adopted as an amendment to the Village Comprehensive Plan, with the Village Clerk directed to append a copy to the Comprehensive Plan. The Board determined the amendment is a Type I SEQRA action and issued a negative declaration finding no significant adverse environmental impacts.[11][12]

GML 239-m Referral Exemptions Agreement with Dutchess County
The Mayor is authorized to sign the Agreement with Dutchess County for the GML 239 Referral Exemptions, which outlines modified requirements for municipal zoning change filings and identifies matters that still require County Planning review under GML Section 239-m. This agreement supersedes prior 239-m agreements.[10]

Pro-Housing Communities Pledge
The Village of Red Hook has adopted the Pro-Housing Communities Pledge, committing to: (1) streamlining permitting for multifamily, affordable, accessible, accessory dwelling unit, and supportive housing; (2) adopting policies that affirmatively further fair housing; (3) incorporating regional housing needs into planning decisions; (4) increasing development capacity for residential uses; and (5) enacting policies encouraging a broad range of housing types.[9]

Greenway Connections Local Law
The Village has adopted a local law establishing Greenway Connections as a village land use, development, and design guideline and confirming the Village's commitment as a participating community in the Greenway Compact. The Board issued a negative declaration finding no significant adverse environmental impacts from the adoption.[6]

Site Plan Review Decision Timeline
Pursuant to Village Zoning Code Section 200-16B(2)(b), the Planning Board must render a decision on a site plan application within 62 days of the close of the public hearing, or within 62 days of deeming the application complete if no public hearing is held. The timeline is consistent with NYS Village Law 7-725-a and may be extended by mutual consent of the applicant and the Board.[4]

The Village of Red Hook Planning Board is authorized to approve, disapprove, or approve with modifications any subdivision application within the Village of Red Hook.[2]

GML 239-m Agreement — 2020 Re-execution
Superseded by the 2025 GML 239 Referral Exemptions Agreement (footnote 10). In 2020, the Board approved the Mayor signing the updated Dutchess County 239-m agreement document pursuant to County Resolution 2015246, which had modified certain 239-m filing requirements.[7]

GML 239-m Inter-Municipal Agreement (2015)
Superseded by the 2020 re-execution of the Dutchess County 239-m agreement (footnote 7) and ultimately by the 2025 GML 239 Referral Exemptions Agreement (footnote 10). The Village originally authorized entry into an Inter-Municipal Agreement with Dutchess County Planning in 2015.[5]

Hudson Valley Greenway Community Council MOU
The Mayor was authorized to sign three original copies of the Hudson Valley Greenway Community Council MOU, a reimbursable grant with funds available for two years from 2012. This agreement has expired by its own terms.[3]
