North Broadway Corridor Land Use Study — Historic Resources Table
Table 10 in Section D (Historic Resources) of the North Broadway Corridor Land Use & Zoning Study is replaced with a revised table proposed by Trustee Uku. The revised table includes authorship, source citation, notation of A.I. usage and A.I. platform used, with previously included text moved to an appendix.[4]
North Broadway Corridor Land Use and Zoning Study — Adoption as Comprehensive Plan Amendment
The North Broadway Corridor Land Use and Zoning Study is adopted as an amendment to the Village Comprehensive Plan, passed March 23, 2026 by a vote of 3-2. The Village Clerk is directed to append a copy of the Study to the Village Comprehensive Plan and make all required notations acknowledging the new amendment.[4][5]
North Broadway Corridor Study — SEQRA Classification and Negative Declaration
The North Broadway Corridor Land Use and Zoning Study is classified as a Type I SEQRA action, with the Village Board as the only involved agency. The Board adopted a negative declaration on March 23, 2026, determining that the amendment will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts and that a Draft Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared.[5]

Greenway Connections as Village Land Use Guidelines
Greenway Connections is adopted as a Village land use, development, and design guideline by local law. The Village confirms its commitment as a participating community in the Greenway Compact.[3]
Greenway Compact Participating Community Status
The Village is confirmed as a participating community in the Hudson Valley Greenway Compact. This commitment was formalized by local law adopted on June 16, 2016.[3]

Hudson Valley Greenway Community Council MOU
The Mayor is authorized to sign three original copies of the Hudson Valley Greenway Community Council MOU, structured as a reimbursable grant. This authorization was passed unanimously on June 21, 2012.[2]

Greenway Adoption
The Village has adopted the Greenway. This adoption was passed unanimously on May 6, 2002.[1]
