RESOLVED
- the Board hereby adopts the attached Notice of Negative Declaration, finding that the adoption of the Proposed Local Law will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts and that a Draft Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared
- the Board hereby adopts the Proposed Local Law No 4 of 2016
- the Village Clerk be and she hereby is directed to enter said local law in the minutes of this meeting and in the Village Code of the Village of Red Hook, to number the local law in accordance with the order of filing with the Department of State, to give due notice of the adoption of said local law to the Secretary of State of New York, and take all other actions as may be required by law
- the Village Clerk be and she hereby is directed to file notice of the negative declaration with the Environmental Notice Bulletin

- WHEREAS, a proposed form of a Local Law entitled 'A local law to amend the official Zoning Map of the Village of Red Hook' was presented to the Village Board of Trustees on August 11, 2016
- WHEREAS, a Full Environmental Assessment Form (FEAF) dated August 11, 2016 has been prepared on behalf of the Board
- WHEREAS, on August 11, 2016 the Board classified the Proposed Local Law as a Type I action under SEQRA and determined that it was the only involved agency
- WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the EAF and information obtained through its own knowledge, the public hearing, its consultants and other agencies and has sufficient information on which to base a determination of significance
- WHEREAS, the Board has considered the criteria contained in 6 NYCRR 617.7 and thoroughly analyzed all identified relevant areas of environmental concern
- WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 239-m of the General Municipal Law, the proposed local law was referred to the Department of Planning and Development which responded on September 2, 2016, that it was a matter of local concern
- WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 12, 2016 during which all those who wished to speak were heard
