RESOLVED
- The Board of Trustees of the Village shall hold a public hearing on December 11, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, 7467 S. Broadway, Red Hook, New York, to hear all interested parties on said proposed local law
- The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said public hearing in the official newspaper of said Village, the Kingston Daily Freeman, on or before December 1, 2017 which is not less than ten days prior to the date of said public hearing
- The Village Clerk is further authorized and directed to provide written notice of the proposed Local Law to the Town Clerk of the Town of Red Hook, on or before December 1, 2017, which is not less than ten days prior to the date of said public hearing
- The Village Clerk is further authorized and directed to refer the question of the adoption of the proposed local law to the Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development for a report and recommendation thereon pursuant to Section 239-m of the General Municipal Law
