We regret to inform you that we've received an email from General Control Systems, Inc. dated October 5th, 2023, in which they have chosen to forfeit their bid. This decision was made due to their misunderstanding of the project's scope, leading to an incorrect pricing proposal.
We have reached out to Avanti Control Systems, Inc., the next lowest bidder, and we can confirm that they are a responsive and qualified bidder.
We recommend the bid be awarded to, Avanti Control Systems, Inc. , for $416,700.00 .
