Highway dumping trailer purchase

RESOLVED

  • Purchase a dumping trailer with tarp from Albany Ave. Garage for $5,950.
  • Trade in the old garbage truck for $1,500.
  • The general fund shall pay for the trailer in full with the garbage fund making three payments of $500 each quarter.
  • The trailer shall be paid in full to the General Fund by May 31, 2010.
