RESOLUTION FOR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS TO THE SEWER PROJECT USDA-RD FORM E

Resolution #22-2022 — 2022-09-12

WHEREAS

  • the Village Board desires to amend the Sewer Project's USDA-RD Form E to reflect the current project costs and to be the same as the EFC project documents
  • The Village board has reviewed the attached adjustments

RESOLVED

  • that the Village of Red Hook amends the Sewer Project's USDA-RD Form E as per the attached Form E modified budget dated 9/12/22
