Appoint Trustees Trapp and Kovalchik as Village members on the new Zoning Review Committee, along with a property owner in the GBD.

Establish a public hearing date of November 16, 2017 regarding a proposed six-month moratorium on demolition and motor vehicle service stations in the GB District.

Authorize the acquisition of a plow truck at an estimated cost of $173,355 and authorize the issuance of bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed $173,355 to finance the appropriation.

Authorize the Mayor and Treasurer to issue a municipal bond for $88,855 through Salisbury Bank and Trust Company for the purchase of a 2018 Freightliner dump/plow truck.

Authorize Sergeant Hildenbrand to proceed with hiring Officer James Simmons as a full-time officer through Civil Service.

Authorize Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to install a 6800 W LED replacement bulb on E. Market Street at Pole #136227.
