Select the engineering firm C.T. Male and Associates as engineer for the water improvement project.

Select the law firm Hawkins, Delafield & Wood as bond counsel for the USDA-RD water improvement grant bonding process.

Authorize the Mayor to draft and the Clerk to submit the Notice of Intent to official publications for the USDA-RD water improvement project.

Authorize Mayor Ed Blundell to complete and sign all requisite USDA-RD documents for the final grant application.

Approve budget adjustments for fuel sub-budgets, NYSDEC transfer, community beautification, Kaplan Fund allocation, legislative board reallocation, and retirement line items.

Appoint Westside Auto and Towing (Steve Lown) to provide towing services for seasonal parking enforcement from November 1st through March 31st from 11pm to 6am.
