Approve budget adjustments increasing General A Fund revenue by $4,910 and appropriations by $57,910, and Highway DB Fund appropriations by $18,000 with reductions of $5,896.

Acknowledge that the required audit of the Town of Red Hook Justice Court was conducted.

Authorize the Town of Red Hook to award an Engineering Consultant Contract for the Route 9 Pedestrian Improvements Project.

Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise requests for sealed bids for ice control abrasives, hot mix asphalt, and proposals for various materials and services for 2016.

Adopt a resolution regarding the removal of PCBs from the Hudson River, expressing support for General Electric to continue their PCB cleanup efforts.
