Approve the order after public hearing authorizing increase and improvement of facilities of the consolidated lighting district in Red Hook.

Approve increase and improvement of Town general lighting facilities in Red Hook.

Approve increase and improvement of Bard Route 103 street lighting facilities in Red Hook.

Authorize the issuance of serial bonds not to exceed $69,000 to finance acquisition of existing lighting fixtures for the town general lighting account and consolidated lighting district.

Authorize the issuance of serial bonds not to exceed $79,484 to finance acquisition of LED lighting fixtures for the town general lighting account and consolidated lighting district.

Authorize the sale of surplus items of the Town of Red Hook.

Authorize acquisition of a plow truck and issuance of serial bonds not to exceed $100,000 to finance a portion of the estimated $240,000 cost.

Approve budget adjustments for General A Fund, General B Fund, Highway DB Fund, Water Works O&M, and other funds and capital projects.

Authorize adoption of Local Law C (Proposed) of 2017 as Local Law No. 4 of 2017 imposing a twelve-month moratorium on large scale commercial extraction operations.

Grant final approval for use of Community Preservation Fund money for purchase of development rights of the Potts/Stickle Farm at 20% cost share.
