Authorize adoption of Local Law E of 2016 regarding Block Parties.

Set no fee and a $200.00 deposit for temporary road closures for block parties.

Approve the request from Nancy Titus for a block party on June 5 from 11 am to 4 pm on Old Post Road North.

Approve the Highway Superintendent applying for Dutchess County Shared Services grants for equipment.

Authorize solicitation of public bids for full depth reclamation and hot asphalt paving.

Accept the Environmental Assessment Form and Coastal Management Program form for the Stickle Farm preservation project.

Establish the Town as lead agency in the Type I action regarding the Stickle Farm purchase.

Establish the date for a public hearing regarding the proposed purchase of the Potts/Stickle Farm for June 9, 2016 at 7:45 p.m.

Accept the Environmental Assessment Form Part I and Coastal Form with authorization for the Supervisor to sign both documents for the Community Preservation Project.

Classify the Community Preservation Project Plans action and establish the Town as lead agency for this Type I action.

Establish the date for a public hearing regarding the adoption of Local Law No. G (Proposed) of 2016 regarding an amended Community Preservation Plan for June 9, 2016 at 7:30 p.m.

Change the Building Department fee schedule for agricultural structures to $10 per 100 square feet with a maximum of $250.
