Approve the Supervisor's report for the period ending January 31, 2017.

Approve the Town Clerk's report for the period January 1 – January 31, 2017.

Approve the LWRP consistency determination for Local Law B (proposed) of 2017.

Approve the LWRP consistency determination for Local Law H (proposed) of 2016 regarding Open Space Incentive Zoning.

Reappoint Michael Robertson, Hannah Beal, Talea Heckman-Taylor, and Peter Hubbell to the Agriculture and Open Space Advisory Committee for terms to expire December 31, 2018.

Reappoint Brent Kovalchik to the CPF/PDR Advisory Committee for a term to expire December 31, 2019.

Appoint Mary Ann Johnson as Chair of the CPF/PDR Advisory Committee for a term to expire December 31, 2017.

Reappoint Laurie Husted, Susan Ellis, Julia Solomon, and Michael Callejo to the Conservation Advisory Council for terms to expire December 31, 2018.

Reappoint Laurie Husted as Chair of the Conservation Advisory Council for a term to expire December 31, 2017.

Appoint Joseph Stephens as NHD Advisor to the Disaster Preparedness Committee for a term to expire December 31, 2018.

Reappoint Henry Van Parys as Chair and Gerry Gilnack as Vice Chair of the Water District #1 Water Board for terms to expire December 31, 2017.
