Accept the Supervisor's December 31, 2007 financial report as read.

Accept the budget adjustment for 2007 operating budget regarding replacement of gasoline and diesel fuel dispensers.

Reappoint Brenda Cagle as Chair of the Conservation Advisory Council with term to expire December 31, 2008 and as member with term to expire December 31, 2009; reappoint members Laurie Husted, Mary Ann Johnson, Denise Barton and Mike Ignatowski with terms to expire December 31, 2009.

Reappoint Geoff Carter as Chair of the Design Review Committee with term to expire December 31, 2008 and as member with term to expire December 31, 2009; reappoint members Henry Fournier and Tiffany Nogales with terms to expire December 31, 2009.

Appoint John Douglas as Chair of the Disaster Preparedness Committee with term to expire December 31, 2008.

Reappoint Susan Goodman-Goldstein and Gail Nussbaum to the Ethics Board with 5-year appointments.

Appoint Vincent M. Coluccio to the Disaster Preparedness Committee with term to expire December 31, 2008.

Amend the Ethics Board appointments to stagger terms with Susan Goodman-Goldstein's term expiring December 31, 2010 and Gail Nussbaum's term expiring December 31, 2012.

Appoint Howie Callies as Chairman of the Greenway/Trails Committee with term to expire December 31, 2008.

Reappoint Sam Harkins to the Planning Board with term to expire December 31, 2014 and Dave Wright with term to expire December 31, 2011.

Reappoint Christine Kane as Chairwoman of the Planning Board with term to expire December 31, 2008.

Reappoint Doug Strawinski as Chairman of the Recreation Commission with term to expire December 31, 2008.

Reappoint Bob Bowman to the Recreation Commission with term to expire December 31, 2009.

Reappoint Henry VanParys as Chairman of the Water Board with term to expire December 31, 2008.

Reappoint Larry Carr, John Wintenburg and Greg Fildes to the Water Board with terms to expire December 31, 2009.

Reappoint Ken Anderson to the Zoning Board of Appeals with term to expire December 31, 2014.

Reappoint Tim Ross as Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals with term to expire December 31, 2008.
