- the Board approves Resolution 26-2025 authorizing execution of Rider 2 to the Intermunicipal Agreement between the Village of Tivoli and DCWWA
Show preamble — 2 WHEREAS clauses
- WHEREAS, the Village and DCWWA entered an Intermunicipal Agreement (IMA) on February 27, 2019, amended by Rider 1 on November 20, 2024, in which the Village undertook a capital project for replacement of the water tank, including demolition of the former tank, refurbishment of wells, and replacement of certain distribution lines prior to conveyance of the system to DCWWA
- WHEREAS, Rider 2 to the IMA specifies that DCWWA will create a work plan to remove all traces of industrial use at the former water tank site at Memorial Park through soil remediation
