Chapter 62: Residency Requirements

This is a policy, not a Local Law. Although it appears in the Village Code on eCode360 alongside formally-enacted laws, this chapter was adopted by Board resolution and carries only resolution-level authority. The Board may amend or repeal these provisions by majority vote at any regular meeting, without a public hearing.
