Dutchess County 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan Adoption
The Village of Red Hook Board of Trustees has adopted the Dutchess County 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan in accordance with the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000. Future iterations of the plan may be edited or amended after submission for review without requiring re-adoption, but the plan must be updated within 5 years (by April 13, 2031).[3]
NYMIR Insurance Renewal 2026–2027 Authorization
The Mayor is authorized to execute the Unallocated Insurance 2026–2027 New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal (NYMIR) Renewal agreement with Marshall & Sterling. This renewal expires May 31, 2027.[4]

Marshall & Sterling Business Associate Agreement
The Mayor is authorized to sign the Business Associate Agreement with Marshall & Sterling, the Village's insurance broker, establishing terms for handling and protecting private health information. This agreement has no stated expiration date.[2]
