Generator Preventative Maintenance Contract
The Mayor is authorized to sign the ElectricAce Operations LLC Generator Preventative Maintenance 5-year contract covering all four Village-owned generators.[15]

The Mayor is authorized to engage with Vector Security for security panel installation and a monthly monitoring service plan at both the old and new Wastewater Treatment Plants.[14]
