T-Mobile Lease – Mayoral Execution Authority
The Mayor is authorized to execute lease agreements and amendments with T-Mobile Northeast LLC for antenna colocation on the Village water tower, including the First Amendment to Site Lease Agreement.[5][6]

The Project is therefore exempt from the Village's Zoning Law requirements.[4]
T-Mobile Colocation – SEQRA Negative Declaration
The Village Board, acting as Lead Agency under SEQRA, determined that the T-Mobile antenna installation at the Village water tank will have no significant adverse environmental impacts and adopted a Negative Declaration.[5]

Sprint Lease – 4G Equipment Modification
The Village Board approved a modification of the Sprint cell tower lease agreement at the Tower Street water tower to accommodate an equipment upgrade for 4G capability.[3]

Verizon Antenna Lease – Monthly Rent
The Village entered into a lease agreement with Verizon for antenna installation on the water tank at Tower Street, generating a monthly income of $1,900.00. The lease includes a 3% annual increase in rent.[1]
Cingular Wireless Antenna Lease – Monthly Rent
The Village accepted a Cingular Wireless monthly lease for antenna colocation on Village property at a rate of $1,700.00 per month.[2]
