Internally Illuminated Window Signs — Eligibility
Non-residential uses (businesses) in the Village of Red Hook are permitted to install internally illuminated window signs under Local Law No. 1 of 2023, adopted June 12, 2023.[2]
Internally Illuminated Window Signs — Maximum Size
Each internally illuminated window sign may not exceed 1.5 square feet in area.[2]
Internally Illuminated Window Signs — Quantity Limit
Only one internally illuminated window sign is permitted per non-residential entity (business).[2]
SEQRA Negative Declaration — Illuminated Window Signs
The Village Board adopted a Negative Declaration finding that Local Law No. 1 of 2023 will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts and that a Draft Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared.[2]

Community Calendar Sign Approval
A.W. Coon is approved to erect a community calendar sign in front of the municipal parking lot at no cost to the Village. Approval is contingent upon submission and approval of the design and size, and compliance with Village sign regulations.[1]
