Authorized Towing Contractor
H&N Towing Enterprises (located at 7309 S Broadway, Red Hook) is the Village's authorized on-call towing contractor for enforcement of seasonal all-night parking rules. The 2025-2026 Seasonal All-Night Parking Law Towing Contract was awarded to H&N Towing Enterprises.[7]

Per-Vehicle Towing Rate
The towing rate is $205.00 per vehicle, which includes 3 days of vehicle storage.[6]
Additional Storage Rate
Each day of storage beyond the initial 3 days is charged at $75.00 per day per vehicle.[6]
Mayoral Contract Authority
The Mayor is authorized to enter into on-call towing contracts with H&N Towing Enterprises for enforcement of seasonal parking rules.[6]
