SRO Contract – Red Hook Central School District
The Mayor is authorized to execute a contract with the Red Hook Central School District for the Police Department to provide School Resource Officer services.[9][14]
Tivoli Police Contract – Overtime Charge Provision
Section 4a of the Tivoli Police Contract is amended to provide that should patrol hours lead to overtime of a full-time officer, the overtime rate will be charged to Tivoli. The contract references a Rate Schedule as an addendum rather than embedding rates within the contract.[10][11][15]
