Abrahams Park Tree and Bench Installation Moratorium
The Village of Red Hook Board of Trustees restricts any new installations of trees and benches in Richard M. Abrahams Memorial Park until the completion of its Master Plan. This moratorium was enacted to avoid conflicts between existing donation-funded installations and future design considerations under the Master Plan.[1]
