Highway and Public Works Shared Services IMA — Town of Red Hook
The Mayor is authorized to sign an Inter-Municipal Agreement with the Town of Red Hook formalizing ongoing shared services arrangements for highway and public works operations, including ad hoc sharing of equipment, vehicles, and staff. Each instance of shared services must be reviewed by the Mayor and/or the Highway Foreman for feasibility and scheduling before approval.[6]
Shared Highway Material and Fuel Purchases
Certain highway material purchases and fuel purchases are shared with the Town of Red Hook under NY State Contract, with the Town serving as the purchaser.[6]

Perm 17 Undertaking — NYS DOT Highway Work Authorization
The Village adopted Perm 17 Undertaking Documents authorizing work on State highways without yearly permit reapplication from NYS DOT. The Undertaking has a term of 20 years, expiring January 12, 2035.[3]
Three-Municipality Highway Shared Services IMA
The Mayor is authorized to sign the Highway Shared Services Intermunicipal Agreement among the Town of Red Hook, Village of Red Hook, and Village of Tivoli for joint highway administration.[4]
Shared Highway Administration Implementation Assistance IMA
The Mayor is authorized to execute an Intermunicipal Agreement for Shared Services regarding Implementation Assistance for Shared Highway Administration among the Town of Red Hook, Village of Red Hook, and Village of Tivoli, in substantially the form on file with the Village Clerk.[5]

Shared Highway Garage Occupancy IMA
The Village of Red Hook is authorized to occupy 2 bays in the Town of Red Hook's new shared highway garage under an Intermunicipal Agreement executed with the Town of Red Hook.[2]

Shared Highway Services and Facilities Feasibility Study
In 2011, the Village agreed to explore shared or consolidated highway services and facilities with the Town of Red Hook and Village of Tivoli, and to apply for a Local Government Efficiency Grant to fund a consultant study. This exploratory step was superseded by the execution of formal intermunicipal agreements beginning in 2012.[1]
