Dutchess County Workers' Compensation Plan Participation
NYMIR Insurance Renewal 2026–2027
The Mayor is authorized to execute the Unallocated Insurance 2026–2027 New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal (NYMIR) Renewal agreement with Marshall & Sterling. The agreement expires May 31, 2027.[7]

Marshall & Sterling Business Associate Agreement
The Mayor is authorized to sign the Business Associate Agreement with Marshall & Sterling, the Village's insurance broker, establishing terms for the handling and protection of private health information.[5]

Contractor Minimum Liability Insurance Requirement
All contractors must maintain a minimum of $2,000,000 in liability insurance, with the Village named as an additional insured.[1]
Contractor Workers' Compensation Certificate Requirement
All contractors must have a current, updated workers' compensation certificate on file with the Village.[1]
