The Village of Red Hook maintains a LOSAP account agreement with RBC Wealth Management, contingent on the Red Hook Fire Department also engaging RBC. Under the tri-party fire service agreement rider, the Town of Red Hook shall reimburse the Village of Red Hook 79% of the actual Worker's Compensation insurance premium upon presentation of the bill, based on actual costs and a ten-year census.[4]

LOSAP Referendum — Voter Approval to Increase Annual Contribution
The Board directed a public referendum on November 7, 2023 to seek voter approval to increase the annual Service Award contribution from $500 to $1,200 effective January 1, 2024. The referendum was held and the increase was approved; this directing resolution is now fulfilled.[15]
